Prior to scheduling your first appointment, we need to register you as a new patient. This requires completing all attached forms, including accurate dental insurance information. We cannot schedule a new patient appointment until your health history and insurance information have been entered so we may quote you more accurately. No patients can be treated prior to registering. As a courtesy, we will file all dental insurance claims on your behalf to simplify your experience.

What To Expect
At your first appointment, Dr. Talcott will complete a comprehensive oral examination. This includes a complete review of your medical and dental history, all necessary radiographs, intraoral photos, an oral cancer screen, an evaluation of your periodontal health, and an examination of your teeth and surrounding soft tissues. Dr. Talcott will discuss his findings, develop a treatment plan based on your needs, and you will be scheduled accordingly.
As a preferred provider with your insurance company (PPO), we accept a 30-50% reduced fee for every procedure we perform. We expect 48-hour notice for cancelling or moving any appointments. We provide text, email, and phone appointment reminders as a courtesy to you. If an appointment is changed or cancelled with less than 48-hour notice, a $35 missed appointment fee will be added to your account. All no-show appointments will result in a $50 fee.
