Insurance and Billing
Our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care, traditional and PPO. We are not part of any managed care network. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
For your convience, we accept cash, personal check, money orders and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Our goal is not to let expense prevent you from benefiting from the quality of care you desire and need.
Emergency and After Office Hours
Dental emergencies are never convenient or timely. At Northville Family Dentistry we are committed to our patients' dental health no matter what time of the day or night it is. If you are a current patient and have a dental emergency after regular office hours, please text us at (810)730.5786.
As a preferred provider with your insurance company (PPO), we accept a 30-50% reduced fee for every procedure we perform. We expect 48-hour notice for cancelling or moving any appointments. We provide text, email, and phone appointment reminders as a courtesy to you. If an appointment is changed or cancelled with less than 48-hour notice, a $35 missed appointment fee will be added to your account. All no-show appointments will result in a $50 fee.
